Virgil Clayton Flener Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2022, at the age of 71, Virgil Clayton Flener of Braidwood, Illinois, born in New Albany, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Delmer Clayton. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Flener of Braidwood; his children, Joshua Flener (Alison) of North Texas and Michelle Flener of North Texas; his grandchildren, Clayton, Caitlin and Lillian; his great grandchild Colton; and his siblings, William Flener (Tina) of Corydon, IN, Lloyd Flener (Janet) and Carol Kinser of Corydon, IN. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
