He is survived by: his sister Carol Chasensky Francl; his wife Cheryl Chasensky of Braidwood, IL; his children, Michael Chasensky (Angela) of Bloomington, IL, Melissa Fasig (Chad) of Bloomington, IL, Michelle Chasensky (Mike Frazier) of Gardner, IL and Mary Hess (Blake) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Raegan Fasig, Kenzie Fasig, Kira Plath and Ella Chasensky; and his stepsiblings, Ray Chasensky Jr. (Kelli Dettman), Susan Blaufuss, Mary Steele (Bob), Tony Chasensky (Joy), Roger Loose (Marlene), Jeff Loose (Chris) and Cheryl Spragg.
