It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Bolatto Jr. of Braidwood, Illinois, born in Essex, Illinois, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Bolatto, and Ellen Marie Bolatto, Sr.; his wife Mary Bolatto; his son Stephen Bolatto; his brothers, Melvin, Joe D., Jerry and Vincent Bolatto; and his in-laws, Gertrude, Ken Ericksen, Theresa, Ed Krull, Bill Harrop and Darlene Goad.
He is survived by: his children, Lora Grant (Dave) of Braidwood, Richard Bolatto (LuAnn) of Braidwood, Tami Favero (Scott) of Braidwood and Nicole Carlo (Rob) of Braidwood; his grandson Joshua Bolatto (Susan); his children, Michael Favero (JeriLyn), Jacob Bolatto (Erica), Andy Favero (Jessica), Brandon Carlo, Adam Bolatto (Jessi) and Melissa Tondini (Ron); and his in-laws, Richard Goad, Roberta Kocarek (Joe), Alberta Bolatto, Betty Kavanaugh (Francis) and Judy Bolatto.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to the Bohemian National Cemetery Maintenance Fund or the Braidwood Lions Club.
