With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Anne Nielsen of Braidwood, Illinois, born in Princeton, Indiana, who passed away on September 19, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Griffin and Lena Griffin (Beckwith); her sons, Brent Nielsen and Grant Nielsen; her granddaughter Catherine Nielsen; and her siblings, Rose Hueby, Ada Slavik, Elsie Burton and Robert Griffin.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Nielsen (Denise) of Braidwood and Rona Craig of Wilmington. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
