He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Felger and Helen Felger. He is survived by: his fiancée Julie Hicks; his children, Stephanie Felger and Steven Felger of Braidwood; his stepson T. J. Hicks of Las Vegas, NV; and his sister Sharon Born. He is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
