She is survived by: her husband James Leo Passafiume, Jr.; her daughter Jill Panko (Michael) of Cary, IL; her grandchildren, Michael Jr., Matthew (Maxine), Sarah Neumann (Matt), Rachel and Francis; her daughter Mary Farrell (Craig); her grandsons, Anthony (Natasha) and Charles; her children, Sylvia Johnson of Braidwood, IL, Blake, John of Channahon, IL, Jessica (Patrick), Hope, James (Amanda) of Channahon, IL, Brayden (Marie), Joshua and Paul (Nicole Medina) of Plainfield, IL.; her sister-in-law Anna Pearson; her niece Lisa Novy; and also Madison. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
