Leand Myers Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2020, at the age of 71, Leand Myers of Braidwood, Illinois, born in Littlefield, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvle Leand and Colletta Pearl Myers; his sister Wanda Wolfe; his son Darrin Myers; and his granddaughter Madison Hayden.
He is survived by: his friend George Powers; his wife Bonnie Myers; his daughters, Melody Hayden (Neil) of Braidwood and Michelle Myers-Shiner of Piper City, IL; his grandchildren, Nicolas Hayden (Natalie) of Joliet, IL, Jacob Hayden (Jazmin Williams) of Braidwood, Lucas Hayden (Katy Koch) of Diamond, IL, Joshua Hayden of Braidwood, Katarena Shiner (Erik Mugnolo) of Coal City and Hannah Crickman (Kyle) of Salina, KS; his great grandchild Logan Arroyo; and his siblings, Douglas Myers (Brenda) of Rover, MO, Joey Myers (Susie) of Havana, AR, Arlie Brinkley (Jackie) of West Plains, MO and Kathy McClanahan (Bobby) of Alton, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
All attendees are required to wear face coverings, follow social distancing guidelines, and due to the capacity requirements, please be brief with your condolences to allow other guests to pay their final respects.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Island City Baptist Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
