She was predeceased by: her father George Lavicka. She is survived by: her mother Norberta Lavicka of Braidwood; her siblings, Tony Lavicka (Vicki) of Shorewood and Jeannie Bell Thomas (Will) of Braidwood; her nieces and nephews, Robin Duffey (Paul), Jennifer Lavicka, Christopher Bell (Stacy) and Joshua Lavicka; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Amelia, Brianna, Kaitlyn, Daisy Bell, Zoey, Zachary Duffey, Maleah and Chase Lavicka.
