He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Votta and Katherine Votta (Viara); his wife Rosella Marie Bonucci; and his sister-in-law Alvira Smith (Bob). He is survived by: his son Greg Votta (Kim) of Essex, Illinois; his granddaughters, Kate De La (Erick), Rebecca Votta Gallacher (Edward) of Los Angeles and Georgia Votta of East Lansing, Michigan; his great grandchildren, Sofia, Alba and Luna De La Rosa; his siblings, Marie Swanson (late Ernie) of Coal City and Al Votta (Wilma) of Alabama; and his nieces and nephews, Denise Stybr (Dave), Tiffany Votta, Joshua Votta and Ronnie Votta.
