He was predeceased by: his father Francis Wood. He is survived by: his wife Mary K. of Braidwood; his children, Kristi Wood of Braidwood, Joe Wood of Mazon, IL, Nick Jedryck of Braidwood, Jacob Jedryck (Karli) of Plano, IL and Allan Friant of Mazon; his grandchildren, John "Bubs" Brissa, Olivia, Joseph, Jr., Frank Wood, Toby, Benjamin Jedryck, Quincy Jedryck, Luke and Logan Friant; his brothers, Patrick Wood (Brenda) of Paris, TN, David Wood (Ragan) of Paris, TN and Michael Wood (Teresa) of Buchanan, TN; and his parents-in-law, Robin and Shirley David of Yorkville, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his name may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
