He was predeceased by: his father Gifford Bowen; and his wife Rebecca Lynn Bowen. He is survived by: his children, Chance Houston Gifford Bowen (Jade) of Wilmington, Sgt. Austin Taylor Bowen of Braidwood and Dakota Raye Pahr (Christopher) of Goodlettsville, TN; his grandchildren, Kaylie Etzkorn, Damian Mixon, Nickolas Bowen, Elijah Bowen, Matthias Bowen and Waylon Bowen; and his siblings, Neil, Jerry, Jan, Rosie and Linda. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
