He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Creed and Frieda Creed; his grandson Brody Creed; and his siblings, Patricia Creed and Robert Creed.
He is survived by: his wife Constance J. Creed of Braidwood; his children, Shawn M. Creed (Holly) of Braidwood, Laurel A. Austin (Joe) of Belle Fourche, SD and Colleen M. Shugart (Mat) of Iowa Park, TX; his grandchildren, Kellen Creed, Cyerrah Fabela (Phillip), Zachery and Nolan Shugart; his great grandchildren, Kree and Greyson Fabela; his sister Sharon Howard of Alsip, IL; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Creed of Alsip, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
