He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Douglas, Sr. and Joan Penick; and his brother Raymond Penick. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Penick of Braidwood; his stepdaughter Danielle Schiltz of Braidwood; and his brother James Janish (Lori) of Plainfield, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
