He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Jr. Knott and Martha Knott; and his brother Everett D. Knott. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Knott; his children, Charles D. Jr. Knott (Carly) of Coal City and Samantha Knott (Tyler Daly) of Braidwood; and his grandchildren, Clayton, Bentley and Harper.
