She is survived by: her husband Paul Bumpous; her son William "Bopper" Welsh, III (Shawn) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Whitney (Austin), D. J. (Miranda), Marcus and Zach; her great grandchildren, Bentley, Bryson and Beckham; her son-in-law John Harvey of Braidwood; her sister-in-law Susie Evans of Wilmington; and her nieces and nephews, Jake Evans (Alyssa), Jill Zacha, Dawna Ward, Anita Ward, Jace Zacha and Ashlee Clubb (Alex).
