She was predeceased by: her parents, Dwight D. Phillips and Columbia Ophine Phillips; her husband Bobby E. Ray, Sr.; and her granddaughter Becca Lynn Keto. She is survived by: her children, Amanda Heston (Rodney) of Gary, IN, William Prater III of Joliet, Eddie Andrew Prater of Louisville, KY and Heidi Prater (Michael) of Joliet; and her siblings, Dwight Jones of Nixa, MO, Donald E. Phillips, Evelyn Jones of Joliet, Vicky Kolkind (Tom) of Lacross, WI and Anita Tonelli (John) of Braidwood. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
