He was predeceased by: his parents, Jozef Konik and Kazamera Konik (Taujanius); his son Alexander Konik; and his brothers, Kris Konik and Ed Konik.
He is survived by: his children, Aaron (Danielle Konik), Mitchel Konik of Bradley and Victoria Konik of Bourbonnais; and his grandchildren, Ajae Konik, Kaz Konik and Shiloh Konik. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
