Patricia A. Diaz Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2024, at the age of 78, Patricia A. Diaz of Bradley, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia A. Diaz to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth D. Loudy and Mabel A. Loudy (Dean); her son Larry Hamilton; and her brother Dennis Loudy. She is survived by: her husband Pedro Diaz of Bradley; her sons, Brad Hamilton of Joliet, Troy Hamilton (Michelle) of Kankakee and Clay Hamilton (Jodi) of Texas; her siblings, Frank Loudy (Char) of Arizona and Barbara Loudy of Bradley; and her close friend Janet Fortin of St. Anne. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Jensen Funeral Home (3639 E IL-17, Kankakee, IL 60901). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the wishes of the family.
