He was predeceased by: his father Clyde Sr. Dayhoff; and his brother-in-law Brian O'Keefe. He is survived by: his mother Doloris "Jeannie" Dayhoff; his sons, Nicholas Dayhoff and Noah Dayhoff; and his siblings, Dr. Clyde Dayhoff Jr. (Dawn) and Kayla O'Keefe.
