She is survived by: her children, David Lutes of Bradley and Sheryl DuMontelle of Kankakee; her grandchildren, Kyle Lutes (Stephanie) of Bradley, Tyler Summers of Manteno, Haley Lutes (Quinton Courtney) of Limestone and Sydney Summers of Kankakee; and her great grandchildren, Mack Lutes and Easton Courtney.
