He is survived by: his father Luis Diaz; his children, Luis Diaz Jr., Kinsley Diaz, Jennifer Ehrenhoff and Samantha Duran (Jarrael Henry); his brothers, Jose Diaz (Mary Ann), Brian Scott and Christian Scott; his stepfather Doug Scott; and his caregivers, Trever and Lottie Hall.
