He is survived by: his mother Beverly Risley Eubanks of Bradley; his former wife Lorrie Corcoran; his daughters, Amanda (Adam Clark), Lauren Eubanks (Tony Palacios) and Megan (Michael Donley); his siblings, Kathy (Greg Benoit), Terry (George Novy), Debi (Greg Leek) and Douglas Eubanks of Kankakee; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Caleb, Aiden Clark, Liam Eubanks, Crew and Emilia Donley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
