He is survived by: his wife Carol Kemp of Bradley; his sons, Roger Kemp of Bradley and Gary Kemp Jr. of Bradley; his siblings, Mark Kemp (Sharon) of Union Hill, Alan Kemp (Beth) of Kankakee, Debbie Ray (Paul) of Bourbonnais, Marsha VanGilder of Bradley, Cheryl Pearce (Dave) of Manteno and Lisa Williams (Bob) of Chebanse; his siblings-in-law, Julie Johnson of Temecula, Jeanne Walters of North Hollywood, California, Elden Dubuque (Mary) of McHenry and Ed Vigila of Kankakee; and his grandchildren, Dakota Wright and Amanda Wright of Lawrenceville. He is also survived by two great grandchildren; as well many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bradley Vet Clinic or the family.
