He is survived by: his wife Debra Caise of Bradley; his children, Dawn Davis (James) of St. Anne, Christopher Caise (Amanda) of Bradley, Mary Caise of Kankakee, Sarah Johnston (Dan) of Kankakee and Emily Caise of Bradley; his siblings, Debra Caise of Bloomington, Cindy Weisenstein (John), Diana Freisinger of Iowa, Jeanne Smith of Texas and Thomas Caise of Kankakee; and his grandchildren, Alexandra, Emma, Ava, Kori, Hunter and Madelyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
