He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Wagner and Caroline Wagner (Visser); his brother Ronald; and his sister-in-law Elaine Wagner. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Taylor of Harvey; his siblings, Linda (Steve Mill), Karen (Ken Norwid), Judi Thomas of Tennessee and Dave; and his sister-in-law Julie Wagner of Lowell, IN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
