He was predeceased by: his grandmother Sherry Morgan; and his sisters, Alyssa Phillips and Jesse Saltzgiver. He is survived by: his parents, Barry Phillips (Kellie) of St. Louis, MO and Julie Saltzgiver; his wife Katlyn Phillips of Bradley; his sons, Andrew Smith of St. Louis, MO and Sean Phillips of Bradley; his siblings, Lauren Casaccio (Robert) of Franklin Park, Shaina Smith of Bourbonnais, Tank Johnson of Bourbonnais, Jajuan Britton and Damari Smith of Champaign; and his grandparents, Jim Saltzgiver of New Mexico and Rebecca Phillips. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
