He was predeceased by: his parents, Dillard Brack and Rose Mary Brack (Cannon). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Brack of Bradley; his children, Brian Brack of Bradley, Steven Brack of Bradley, Neal Brack of Bourbonnais and Alyssa Brack of Bradley; and his siblings, Sherry Brack of Calumet City, Jim Brack (Fortunetta) of Highland, IN and Scott Brack of Manteno. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
