He was predeceased by: his grandmother Mary Toland; his aunt Lisa Toland; and his uncle Alex Weglarz. He is survived by: his parent Amy Toland of Bradley; his siblings, Hailey Weglarz of Bradley, Felicity Weglarz of Bradley and Tyler Koppers of Peotone; his grandfather Jeffrey Toland; and his caregiver Michael McGinnis of Bourbonnais. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorials may be made to Music Therapy at the University of Chicago Hospital.
