He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Klumpp and Minnie Klumpp (Rapp); his wife Eunice M. Feucht; his daughter Deann Baer; and his siblings, Emma Stahl, Martha Streitmatter and Herman.
He is survived by: his children, David Klumpp (Barb) of Wyoming, Eileen Klumpp of Bradford and Gladys Martin (Edwin) of Dunlap; his son-in-law Ron Baer of Edelstein; and his sisters, Lucy Schmidgall of Morton and Esther Martin of Princeville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
