He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel Horrie; and his brother Dennis Kiesewetter. He is survived by: his children, Shane Kiesewetter (Maureen) of Peoria, IL, Sandra Hill (Ronald) of Princeville, IL and Marcus Kiesewetter (Paige) of Sebastian, FL; his stepchildren, Justin Blumenshine of Portland, OR, Erin Gronenthal of Berthoud, CO, Stacy Ghiglieri of Washington, IL and Stephanie O'Donnell of Washington, IL; his grandchildren, Alexander, Owen and Bronwen Hill; his stepchild Katarina Kiesewetter; and his brother Terry Kiesewetter of Bloomington, IL..

Per Randy's wishes, in lieu of flowers, please direct memorials to the family, to assist with the special needs of his granddaughter, Katie.
