He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Linden and Betty Jean Linden (Scott). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Russell; his daughters, Amy Hawkins (Luke) of Kewanee and Katie Wilson (Glen) of Hampshire; his grandchildren, Jackson, Emme, Logan and Quinn; and his siblings, David Linden (Rowene) of Dekalb and Betsy Reed (Phil) of Lacon.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
