It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Lee Barks of Bradford, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on August 27, 2021, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Donald L. "Turk" Barks III; and his grandparents, Walter and Carol Baughman. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Barks Jr. (Kely Kessler) of Wyoming and Donna Courtway (Baughman) of Toulon; his daughter Aubree Puckett of Florida; and his grandparents, Donald and Loretta Barks Sr. of Wyoming. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
