We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Jared Patrick Code of Bradford, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dean, Phyliss Barnett and Raymond "Luke" Code, Jr.; and his cousin Jennifer Morrissey. He is survived by: his parents, Brian Code and Sherri Code (Barnett) of Bradford; his siblings, Jim Code (Justine) of Chicago, Katelyn Gripp (Tony) of Annawan and Jacob Code (Megan) of Bradford; his nephews, Theo and Knox Gripp; and his grandmother Patricia Code. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Memorial contributions will be given to Suicide Prevention Awareness.
