He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hedgepath and Wilma Hedgepath (Goforth); and his siblings, Roy Hedgepath, Chuck Polk, Jimmy Hedgepath and Wanda Hedgepath.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Forbes; his children, Daniel Hedgepath (Patricia) of Bradford, Donna Hoskins of Port Charlotte, Michelle Shay (Chris) of Peoria and Rodney Hedgepath (Susan) of Washington, Illinois; his grandchildren, Joshua Hedgepath (Sarah), Luke Hedgepath, Matt Hedgepath and Alyssa Michael (Tyler); his great grandchild Areyana Hedgepath; his stepgrandchildren, Rebecca Gosch (Justin), Ryan Brinker, Joel Brinker (Kelli), Alex Brinker (Mikkell), Jasmine Kowitz and Katelyn Kowitz; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Carter Brinker, Jasper Brinker, Sophia Cantrell, Rosalie Brinker, Mille Brinker, Maverick Brinker, Hudson Brinker, Johnathan Gosch (Lee Ann) and Thomas Gosch; and his siblings, Frances Carter of Naples, Joyce Lutz of Naples, Florida, Jerry Hedgepath of Orlando and Rick Hedgepath of California. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
