He is survived by: his children, Marlin Miller of Ohio, Jerry Cade (Michelle Blackburn) of Bradford, Calvin Cade of Grove, Randy Cade (Tanya) of Bradford and Garry Cade (Leanne) of Longmont, Colorado..
