She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Davis and Leroy Barnes; her grandfather Armstead "Papa" Davis; her former husbands, Cletie Milon Jr. and Hubert Windom; her children, Larry Milon, Carlos Milon and Crystal Jean Milon; her stepdaughter Jerri Lynn Hicks; and her daughter-in-law Shirley Milon.
She is survived by: her aunt Doris Allison; her children, Terry Milon, Cathy Milon, Sharon Byrd (Alonzo), Cletie Milon, Kevin Milon (Nicole), Kim Luster (Kelvin) and Nichole Milon; and her daughter-in-law Doris Milon. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Despite her limitations after suffering a stroke which left her confined to a wheelchair, she never missed an opportunity to vote, even during the COVID-19 pandemic.
