He is survived by: his wife Salinda Lucas; his children, Phillip Moats of Peoria, Susan Moats of Peoria and Ashley Lucas of Bradford; his grandchildren, Austin, MAdison, Alyssa and Dylan; and his siblings, Leslie Moats of Elmira, IL, Velma Huber (Sue) of Kewanee and Rosemary Hegewood of Kewanee.
