It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Watkins (Bowen, Illinois), born in Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on May 15, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James K. Watkins and Sadie Marks Watkins; his children, Claude "Butch" Watkins and Kathern Wise; his daughters-in-law, Betty Watkins and Barbara Watkins; and his siblings, Harvey Watkins and Pauline Gerky.
He is survived by: his wife Faye E. Davis; his children, Kenneth "Dude" Watkins (Bonnie) of Bowen, IL, Danny Watkins of Ursa, IL, Russel Watkins of West Point, IL, Ronald "Joe" Watkins (Lynn) of Bowen, IL. and Linda "Susie" Walker (David) of Bowen, IL; and his siblings, Bill Watkins of Fountain Green, IL, Donna Inman of Avon, IL and Mary Slabaugh of Whitmore Lake. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
