He is survived by: his children, Terasa Curtis (Wilbur) of Parrish, Janice Baker (David) of Quincy, Frank Stout, Jr. of Elvaston and Rebecca McAllister (Derek) of Sutter; his grandchildren, Tasha Easley, Alisha Curtis, Brendan Stout, Jarricca Stout, Brooke Barnes, Claire McAllister and Briar McAllister; his great grandchildren, Drake, Trevor, Bentley, Braxton, Brayson, Addalynn and Kyler; and his siblings, Roland Stout of St. Louis, Sonja Downing (Richard) of Painted Post, Bonnie Stout of Raymond, Karen Scheer (Michael) of Sherrard and Barbara Spencer (Steve) of Odessa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
