He is survived by: his wife Roberta Hoing Bruenger; his children, Rod Bruenger (Donna) of Augusta, IL, Terri Whitaker of Bowen, IL, Steve Bruenger (Lisa) of West Point, IL and Alana Flesner (Greg) of Bowen, IL.; his grandchildren, Tecia Lantz, Trista Henry (Jason), Ross Bruenger (Shelby), Ryan Bruenger (Amy), Regan Bruenger (Karlee), Skylar Bruenger, Stephanie Bruenger and Dillon Flesner; his great grandchildren, Delaney, Brilyn, Kash Lantz, Jadyn, Jaren, Jersy Henry, Avery, Elliot Bruenger, Graham, Crue Bruenger and Blaize Bruenger; and his siblings-in-law, Don Hoing (Evelyn), Wayne Bolton and Carol Thompson (Kenny). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
