He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Blaylock and Shirley Blaylock (Small). He is survived by: his sisters, Doreen Blaylock, Kathy Kaack (Brian) of Manteno, Barbara Blaylock of Owosso, MI, Lee Blaylock of Chebanse and Julie Williams (Tony) of Bourbonnais. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
