He was predeceased by: his brother Austin Burnham. He is survived by: his parent Mona Neal Burnham of Bourbonnais; his daughters, Abbie Burnham of Bradley and Audrey Burnham of Bradley; his sister Natausha Burnham of Bradley; his nephew Brayden Burnham of Bradley; and his former wife Felicia Burnham of Bradley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the wishes of the family.
