He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D Tinney and Mary Tinney; and his sister Patricia Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Judith A Lain; his daughters, Lisa McKnight (Ross) of Bourbonnais, Gina Bernhardt (Steve) of Sanford, FL and Julie Hebert (Curt) of Oviedo; and his grandchildren, Zachary Whitwell, Bailey Whitwell, Max Bernhardt, Rachel Hebert, Leah Hebert and Evan Hebert.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bourbonnais - Clancy-Gernon Funeral Homes, Inc. (295 Main St NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
