She was predeceased by: her father Moses Gonzales; and her sister Maria Martinez. She is survived by: her mother Ninfa Gutierrez Alejandre; her husband Hugo Vega of Kankakee; her children, David Zarate, Christian Carmona, Moses Lopez and Reina Lopez of Kankakee; and her siblings, Moses (Shawna Martinez), Gabriel (Erica Martinez), Mary Ayala of Bourbonnais, Janie Smith (Jay Bolatto), Summer (Mike Gound), Wendy Martinez (Jason Ponton), Dawn Martinez (Alberto Cruz) and Misty (Lionel Rosado).
