She was predeceased by: her parents, Bart Azzarelli and Vivian Saindon Azzarelli; her husband Robert L. Vaughn; and her former husband Dwaine Coffman. She is survived by: her children, Dwaine Coffman II of Frankfort, Brian Vaughn of Florida, Deborah (Craig Clement), Lori (Mike Reeves) and Diana Stead of Rochester, MN; her siblings, Sandy (Francis Girard), Carmella (John Woodaz), Barbara (John Messina), Bart Jr. (Janice Azzarelli) and Bret Azzarelli (Trevor Price); and her grandchildren, Charell (Robert Turner), Curtis Clement, Breanna (Daniel Dougles), Taylor Simpson, Jaston Vaughn, Jacob (Emma Barr), Dwaine Coffman III, Katelynn Frye, Ally Barr, Joseph Sartain and Trevor Wise.
