She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul LaGesse and Mary LaGesse; her siblings, Ronald LaGesse, Gerald LaGesse, Michael LaGesse, Jean Azzarelli and Arlene Mitchell; and her siblings-in-law, Sam Azzarelli, Casmere Mitchell, Harold Frechette, Betty LaGesse, Gail and Sheila LaGesse.
She is survived by: her husband Michael "Tom" Savoie; her children, Mallory (Andy Marquie), Samuel (Stacey Newberry) and Timothy Memenga (Kathleen); her grandchildren, Madeline, Mary and Thomas; her son Matthew Memenga (Amy); her grandchildren, Maxwell, Chloe and Jackson; her stepson Brian Savoie; her stepgranddaughter Stephanie; and her stepdaughter Amy Savoie (Eric Velky). She is also survived by 23 nieces and nephews and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bourbonnais - Clancy-Gernon Funeral Homes, Inc. (295 Main St NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Salvation Army.
