He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael M. King and Mary Ghilegri King; his wife Marie M. Ferrari; and his siblings, Lucielle Hunt and Marion King.
He is survived by: his son Louis; his daughter-in-law Rebecca King, Jr. of Momence, IL.; his grandsons, Louis (Sierra King, III) and Logan (Samantha King); his great grandchild Ivy Marie King; and his siblings-in-law, Rita King, Natalene Schultz and Dominic Ferrari.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church (308 E Marsile St, Bourbonnais, IL 60914). A committal service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
