He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Schultz Jr.; and his grandmother Irene Leinen. He is survived by: his mother Kathy Hines; his brother John Hines; his sister-in-law Helen Hines; and his niece Sienna Hines. He is also survived by several cousins and many "brothers and sisters".
