He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel Bouchard and Pauline Bouchard (Cook). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ferren; his children, Chris Bouchard of Kankakee and Jennifer Bouchard of Bourbonnais; his brother Mark Bouchard of Kankakee; and his grandchildren, Haley Meyer (Nick Bain) of Bourbonnais and Chase Jones of Bradley.
