He is survived by: his children, Zachary Pasquinelli (Holly) and Taryn Pasquinelli; his siblings, Daniel Oetter, Mike Oetter of Kankakee and Christine Joiner (Mike) of Kankakee; his grandchildren, Marley, Abigail, Abel, Bailey, Olivia and Henry; and his nieces and nephews, Alyssa Hays (Luke), Kelsey Joiner and Zachary Joiner.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to his siblings Mike Oetter or Christine Joiner for his children and grandchildren.
